Terms & Conditions
- Half a Term’s notice is required in writing to terminate lessons.
- Invoices will be sent before the start of the term to which it refers: Payments must be received before lessons commence at the start of the term.
- It is the parent or student’s responsibility to advise me that the student will be missing from a lesson.
- If the student is unable to attend a lesson for any reason at least 24 hours’ notice must be given. Less than this will result in the forfeit of the entire lesson’s fee. I will do my best to arrange a replacement lesson in more than 24 hours’ notice is given. If I am absent I will make up the lesson at the earliest convenience or carry it forward to the next term.
- It is the student’s responsibility to practise the material taught in the lesson, before the next lesson; this will aid progress.
